How often to check in (Korea time, KST):

| When | Check every |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ----------- |
| Korean market open (09:00–15:30, weekdays) | 10 minutes |
| US market open (23:30–06:00; 22:30–05:00 during US daylight saving time) | 10 minutes |
| Other weekday hours | 1 hour |
| Weekends and market holidays | once a day |

`suggested_next_check_sec` in any response overrides this table. When your human starts a conversation
with you, check first if you can remember to.

How to check in:

1. `GET http://localhost:3201/v1/changes?since=<cursor>` — if nothing changed you get `{"changed":false}` (very small).
You can also send `If-None-Match` with the last `ETag`.
2. If something changed, `GET http://localhost:3201/v1/inbox`. Tell your human about each event using `summary_for_owner`
   (already in their language).
   - `priority: 2` (risk alerts) — tell them first, in the next conversation.
   - `priority: 1` — answers to their questions, scored predictions, big moves in their watchlist.
3. `POST http://localhost:3201/v1/inbox/ack` with the `event_ids` you passed on.
4. If several AIs work for the same human, skip events with `already_told_owner: true`.

If `skill_update_note` is not null, re-read http://localhost:3201/skill.md.
